Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pika Bloom. We hope you love every item you order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.


🔄 Returns

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • All original tags and accessories are included

  • You have proof of purchase

If your return meets the conditions above, you can choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • An exchange for a different item or size (subject to availability)


🚚 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at pikabloomofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Choose one of the following return methods:

    • Your own courier

    • Pika Bloom’s return courier (AED 20 will be deducted from your refund)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status via email.


💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If your item was faulty or sent in error, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Silicone products

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Used, damaged, or washed products

  • Custom or personalized orders

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
