Cancellation Policy
At Pika Bloom, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes plans change.
1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will apply if cancelled within the allowed window.
4. Exceptions

Personal care items and silicone-based products cannot be cancelled once processed, due to hygiene reasons.

Orders placed during sales, promotions, or using discount codes may not be eligible for cancellation.
